Nouris International awards small monetary grants to individuals or organizations to promote or protect optimal breastfeeding in their communities.

Welsh Breastfeeding Campaign - Sign the on-line petition to support a mother's right to feed her infant as she wishes in public.

ProMoM - Promotion of Mother's Milk. "Our Web site is dedicated to increasing public awareness and public acceptance of breastfeeding. ProMoM's mission is to educate the general public, the medical community, the media, and prospective and new parents about all the substantial benefits of breastfeeding."

MONLAR - Movement for National land and Agricultural reform. MONLAR is campaigning against Nestlé's aggressive marketing of breastmilk substitutes and its impact on the indigenous milk industry.

Lactation Consultants of Great Britain - International Board Certified Lactation Consultants are professionally qualified to promote and support breastfeeding in a variety of NHS and community settings, and also in private practice. LCGB supports Baby Milk Action and is a member of the Baby Feeding Law Group

La Leche League GB: Breastfeeding Information and Support.

The National Childbirth Trust Charity - breastfeeding line (UK) 0870 444 8707 (calls at national rate, 8am to 10pm, 7 days a week) and breastfeeding information from NCT Sales 0870 112 1120. The charity trains breastfeeding counsellors who provide their support free to mothers.
