Every
30 seconds a baby dies because it was not breastfed. Campaigners
added a baby doll to the pile of coffins every 30 seconds
to symbolise the unnecessary death and suffering.
At
the same time, protestors made noise, with drums, cymbals,
rattles...
The demonstration in Halifax took
place in front of the railway station so that passing motorists
and pedestrians could see what was taking place.
Many passers-by showed their support
or accepted leaflets.
Demonstrators
then walked round the corner to the Nestlé factory.

present will be making their way to Nestlé's HQ in
Croydon for the next demonstration on 17th May.
