Nestlé boycott product list update
Baby Milk Action is updating its popular Nestlé boycott product list cards.
Please take a look at the list below and let us know if you think anything should be added or removed.
These are credit card size and have a list of the most popular UK Nestlé brands on one side and a short description of the boycott on the other.
The cards are great to use wherever you see Nestlé products. Nestlé is the target of a boycott, of course, because of the way it pushes its baby foods in violation of internationally agreed marketing standards.
A fun way to use them is with our new MyMeter iPhone app, which you control to 'detect' Nestlé products. Simulate detecting a product, then hand over a card. To see it in action and download, click here.
There has only been one change in ownership since the current boycott list cards: Nestlé has sold Alcon, which made eye care products.
Remember, we do not include baby milks on the list as there may be times when only Nestlé products are available for a child that has to be fed on breastmilk substitutes.
We have a fuller list on our website. This list has to fit on the card so generally to add new products, we will have to remove others.
